Law and order svu episodes?

I need the name of two episodes of law and order svu
The first involves and yong boy who raped another boy and some other
kids, and the boys lawyer is trying to put the blame on violent/
sexual tv programs

The other is about a girl who falls in love with her older driver and
while the girls father and grand father want to have the man arrested
the court rules that their relationship is valid or something. The
only other thing i can remember is that the girl has some kind of
disease where she gets menopause at an early age or something. And at
